Self Esteem Affirmations
- Self esteem affirmations can go a long way towards shaping a stronger, more confident you. Low self esteem is often what holds us back from achieving our dreams and desires. Run towards your dreams by building your self esteem. Daily positive affirmations will build you up. Remember, the more often you say them, the more likely you are to believe them.
Goal Setting
- Goal setting is really important. It keeps us motivated, saves time, gets us to focus and keeps us on track. Goal setting increases the likehood of achieving your dreams.
Motivation & Emotion
- Motivation and Emotion play an important part in self improvement. Often successful people are those who take control of their emotions and use them to their benefit. Cultivate powerful positive emotions.
Changing a habit
- Changing a bad habit improves your strategy for success. Once you make up your mind to change a habit do it by setting up the rules to win the game.
